For many years, Luk Ka continues to train and cultivate new talents. Luk Ka values every staff and believes that a comfortable and safe working environment is essential for them to provide the best quality service. In 1997, a dorm with accomodation capacity of 4,000 people is completed which facilitated with many multi-purpose recreational rooms. The Guan Yin Shan Park (Goddess of Mercy Hill) was also constructed inside the plant to provide a beautiful place for outdoor activities.
