Offset printing is yet another pillar stone business of Luk Ka. It presents 35% of Group’s annual sales. Offset printing is a very complicated process which is assisted by advanced automatic equipment. In order to strengthen competitiveness, to improve product quality and to raise service level, Luk Ka uses the latest printing machines which includes:

• One set of full size 4 Color + Coater Mitsubishi 5F-4D+C+ED;

• One set of 6 Color Heidelberg Speedmaster 102S;

• One set of 5 Color Heidelberg Speedmaster 102F;

• Two sets of 4 Color Heidelberg CD 102V;

• One set of 2 Color Heidelberg Speedmaster Perfector 102Z;

• One set of 5 Color New "Rapida 104-5" Printing Machine;

• One set of 4 Color Koening & Bauer Rapida 104-4C;

• One set of Wet Laminator;

• Three sets of Sheeters.

Luk Ka also used post press equipment and machines including:

•	Three sets of Steinemann UV Coating Machines;
•	Five sets of Corrugated Laminators;
•	Six sets of Automatic Die Cutters;
•	Two sets of Sakura Automatic Silk Screen Printing Presses;
•	Eight sets of Automatic Box Gluing Machines.

Besides, Luk Ka have computer design, reproduction camera, film processor, contact frame, platemaker, plate processor, proofing machine, computer cutting samples more than twenty units.
